24-  90 Nm (66 ft lb) + 1/4-turn (90°)

Always replace.
Loosen and tighten using 3099 spur belt spreading tool.
Lubricate thread and collar.
Additional 1/4-turn can be performed in more than 1 increment, if necessary.
