6. Tighten mounting bolt -2- to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
7. Tighten mounting bolt -1- to: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
With Tensioner
SPECIAL TOOLS

Lever tool No. 3299, or equivalent.
REMOVAL
1. Lift tensioning roller with lever and remove ribbed drive belt from the alternator pulley.
2. Remove power steering pump V-belt.
3. Remove ribbed drive belt.
INSTALLATION
1. Place ribbed drive belt on crankshaft pulley/vibration damper and water pump pulley.
2. Install power steering pump V-belt.

3. Lift tensioning roller using tool lever and install ribbed drive belt.
