Slowly turn intake camshaft with Toothed Belt Tensioner T10020 in direction of - arrow A - until camshaft adjuster fits onto camshaft.

Note:

If pin does not fit into notch: Remove chain and place chain on again.

Tighten camshaft adjuster bolt to 20 Nm plus an additional 45° (1/8 turn). To do so, use socket insert T40080.

Remove Locking Pin T10115 - arrow B -.

The rest of assembly is in reverse order of disassembling.
