Throttle Valve Control Module, Removing And Installing 

NOTE:  Intake manifold, assembly overview.

Recommended special tools and equipment

Torque wrench (5 to 50 Nm) V.A.G 1331

Removing 
Observe safety precautions.
Observe rules for cleanliness.

Remove engine cover, removing and disassembling air filter/engine cover.

-

Remove noise insulation pan.

-

Loosen bolts -arrows- and remove charge air pipe -A- and charge air hose -B-.
