Take out before removing and installing one-way clutch

Insert so lug is located in groove on housing; see Fig. 5

Place O-rings onto sealing plug

18. Operating rod for manual selector valve

Install with stepped side facing manual selector valve; see Fig. 7

Fig. 1 Draining ATF

Place pan under transmission oil pan -1-.

Remove sealing plug -3-.

Remove overflow pipe -2- and allow ATF to drain.

Thread overflow pipe in to stop.

Cut open seal (arrow) with side cutters.

Always replace seal

After repairs install new seal on plug and screw in hand-tight when filling with ATF
-
Fill with 3 liters (3.17 qt.) ATF then check ATF level and top-up.
