Fluid - M/T: Testing and Inspection

Transmission oil level, checking 

The transmission oil level can be checked with the transmission installed in the vehicle.
Transmission oil specification.

-

Remove plug to check transmission oil level.
^

The level is correct when the oil is filled to the lower edge of the filler hole.

-

If necessary, top up oil to lower edge of filler hole.

-

Install plug.

Tightening torque

Oil filter plug    25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
