Reading

Read Measuring Value Block (Function 08)

The input signals and voltages necessary for the function of the steering wheel electronics are continuously monitored by the On Board Diagnostic
(OBD).

The measurement block is divided into 4 display group numbers. The assignment of the individual channels can be found in the display group overview.

Connect VAG 1551 Scan Tool, select operating mode 1 "Rapid data transfer", switch ignition on and input address word 16 "Steering wheel
electronics".

After displaying the control module identification:
