Condition
Some current repair information incorrectly identifies the location of the Alarm System Control Module (J284) as being installed on the right side,
behind the instrument panel.
Service
The Alarm System Control Module is installed on the left A-pillar, above the fuse/relay panel. To access the Control Module, remove left air vent.
Corrections will be made as necessary to the existing repair information as the Repair Manuals are updated.
