Front Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair
Assembly Overview

Door assembly (with power window)

Refer to the image as a guide during disassembly and assembly

Note:  The door side reforcement cannot be removed.

1. Door hinge

Bolted to door, inserted toward A-pillar and secured with grub screw

2. Cover

3. Outer window channel

Inserted into window frame
Cannot be removed without destroying

4. Window glass

For removal, refer to  
Installing onto window regulator, refer to   
Glass lift channel dimensions, refer to   

5. Door

Removal and installation. Refer to  Door  See: Service and Repair
Adjust at hinge within oversized holes

6. Outer window slot seal

Pushed onto flange

7. Inner window slot seal

Pushed onto flange

8. Inner window channel

Pushed onto flange
