If possible do not loosen when removing the rear axle

Hex Nut / Washer

Tighten to: 35 Nm (26 ft lbs)

Regulator Spring Bracket

Bonded Rubber Mounting
-

Note installation position, refer to Fig. 7

Pressing out, refer to Fig. 5 and 6

Pressing in, refer to Fig. 8 

-

Only replace as pair

Axle Beam
-

Stub axle contact surfaces and threaded holes are to be free of paint and dirt

Parking brake cable bracket

NOTE:  For the procedures listed below, use the tools shown in the following illustrations or their equivalents.

Removing and installing inertia reel cover, refer to Airbags and Seatbelts.

Inertia reel bolt (arrow) tightening torque: 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)

Remove and install both securing bolts (arrows) from interior of vehicle (viewed through rear left side window).

-

Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
