Removing

‹› The description applies also to the fuel filler door unit with a natural gas filler tube.

Remove the tank cap.

-

Remove the bolt - 2 -.

-

Fold back boot from tank filler neck.

-

Pull tank flap unit - 1 - with drain hose -  3 - toward rear out of retainers and swivel tank flap unit -  1 - out of side panel.

-

Unclip assembly piece - 4 - from side panel and pull off assembly piece from release rod - 5 -.
