Overload protection

‹› Bolted with to the ribbed belt pulley.

‹› Keeps the ribbed belt pulley from turning when the A/C compressor gets blocked.

‹› To loosen and tighten bolts, hold ribbed belt pulley firmly in place using a standard band wrench (with webbing).

‹› Replace

‹› Install on proper side, beveled insertion edge - A - faces away from A/C compressor (install flat side facing the A/C compressor)

‹› Clean A/C compressor flange before sliding on pulley.

‹› Clean the flange before mounting the ribbed belt pulley.
