CAUTION!
‹› Observe safety precautions when working on battery isolation system. Refer to => [ Pyrotechnic Battery Isolator Safety Precautions ]

Main fuse box is located in the luggage compartment, behind left wheel housing above the battery.

In vehicles with battery in luggage compartment, a main fuse box is installed which also deploys the pyrotechnic battery isolator, among other things.

Removing:

-

Remove pyrotechnic battery isolator. Refer to => [ Pyrotechnic Battery Cut-Out ] See: Safety Circuit Breaker/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Pyrotechnic Battery Cut-Out.

Remove the nuts - 3 -, - 4 - and -  5 - and remove wires from connection threads.

Pull harness connector - 1 - out of its secured position in main fuse box.

Pull the locking lever - 1 - outward in the direction of the arrow and disconnect the connector - 2 -.
