Power Seat Switch: Service and Repair

Front Seats

Power Seat Seat Switch Unit

‹› Removal of the electric seat switch unit is described. Removal of switch unit from partially electric seat is the same.

Removal

Partially electric seat

-

Remove partially electric seat trim. Refer to => [ Partial Power Seat Trim ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Front Seats/Partial Power Seat Trim

Electric seat

-

Remove electric seat front end trim. Refer to => [ Power Seat Front Side Trim ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Front Seats/Power Seat Front Side Trim

Remove electric seat trim. Refer to => [ Power Seat Trim ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front
Seats/Power Seat Trim

On outer side of trim, pry switch actuators - 1 - and -  2 - out of mounts using (3409).

On inner side of trim, remove two screws - 3 - and screw - 4 -.

Remove seat adjustment switch unit - 5 - from trim. 

-

Remove two screws - 6 - and remove lumbar support adjustment switch - 7 - from trim.

-

Press two locking elements together - arrows - and remove switch strip - 8 - from trim.
