10. ATF line

From transmission to ATF cooler

11. Hex cap screw, 9 Nm 
12. Cap nut, 30 Nm 

-

Thread connections cannot be crossed

13. Clip
14. Hex screw, 5 Nm 
15. Secondary ATF cooler

Secondary ATF cooler, removing and installing 

Special tools and equipment 

-

VAG 1306 Drip tray

-

VAG 1331 Torque wrench or equivalent

Removing 

-

Remove cover from front bumper.

-

Place VAG 1306 or equivalent drip tray underneath.

-

Thoroughly clean area where ATF line/secondary ATF cooler connect.

-

Disconnect ATF lines from secondary ATF cooler -arrows-.

-

Plug ATF lines and secondary ATF cooler with clean stoppers.
