Check wire between test box and 4-pin connector to Engine Control Module (ECM) for open circuit according to wiring diagram.
Terminal 3 + socket 28

Wire resistance: max. 3.0 ohms

Also check the wire for short circuit to B+ and to Ground (GND).

Specified value: infinity ohms

Erase DTC memory of Engine Control Module (ECM), Diagnostic mode 4: Reset/erase diagnostic data.

Generate readiness code.  

If no malfunctions are found in wire:

Replace Coolant Fan -V7- with Coolant Fan Control (FC) Control Module -J293-.

Erase DTC memory of Engine Control Module (ECM), Diagnostic mode 4: Reset/erase diagnostic data.

Generate readiness code.
