Loosen the driveshaft front and rear bolts, but do not remove them.

Counter hold the rear final drive to loosen and tighten the driveshaft. 

So that noises due to imbalance do not occur later:

If there are no markings - arrows - present, then mark the position of the driveshaft to the flange on the final drive.

Also mark the position of the driveshaft flexible disc to the bevel box output flange.

Remove the driveshaft bolts from the rear final drive and lower it onto the engine and transmission holder (V.A.G 1383 A).
