Cooling System Components Assembly Overview, Upper and Rear Engine Side

1. Upper Coolant Line.
-

Secured to cylinder head.

2. Coolant Hose.

3. To Heat Exchanger.

4. Connecting Piece

5. To Heat Exchanger.

6. To Front Coolant Pipe.

7. To coolant Hose.

8. Sealing Cap.
-

Check using cooling system tester -V.A.G. 1274- and adapter -V.A.G. 1274/9-.

9. 10 Nm.

10. Expansion Tank.
-

Perform leak test of cooling system with cooling system tester -V.A.G. 1274- and adapter -V.A.G. 1274/9-.

Test pressure 1.4 to 1.6 bar

11. O-ring.
-

Replace.
