Pull in bonded rubber mounting until chamfer (arrows) is positioned at edge of mounting hole.

Check that chamfer is positioned evenly all around. Reposition if necessary.

Slowly pull in bonded rubber mounting until completely installed.

Note:  The tools and the bonded rubber mounting must be guided by a second technician during the installation.

Installing axle beam 

The arrows on the bonded rubber mounting aluminum washers must point to the rear.
1. Bolt

110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.) + 90° 
Always use new bolts!

2. Aluminum washer for front bonded rubber mounting
3. Aluminum washer for rear bonded rubber mounting

-

Tighten bolts for axle beam to 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.) + 90°.
