Pull off trim - 1 - from parking brake lever - arrow -.

Pry off caps - 1 -.

-

Remove hex bolts - 2 -.

-

Remove center console extension - 1 -from parking brake lever.

-

Unclip diagnostic connector - 2 -.

-

Disconnect harness connector - 3 - from Remote Fuel Tank Flap Switch (E 204).

Only vehicles with manual transmission

-

Unclip cover - 2 -.

-

Unscrew shift knob - 1 - together with cover - 2 - and remove upward.
