Preparing new parts

Transfer separating cuts to new parts and cut off hatched area.

Drill holes for SG plug weld seam, 7 mm.

Welding

-

Install new part using straightening bracket.

Butt weld the separating cuts, Gas-shielded arc continuous weld seam.

Spot weld remainder of joint, Straight-line spot weld seam.

-

Weld in replacement part, SG continuous seam.

-

Spot weld remainder of joint, Straight-line spot weld seam.

Weld in wheel housing reinforcement

Weld in longitudinal member
