Position camshaft sprocket by turning to marking TDC cyl. 1 at crankshaft. Marking at camshaft sprocket must align with marking at cylinder head
cover.

Loosen belt tensioner and remove toothed belt from camshaft sprocket.

Then turn crankshaft back slightly.

Remove camshaft sprocket. Counterhold camshaft sprocket using 3036 counterhold to loosen bolt.

Remove spring washer from camshaft.

-

To guide seal puller, tighten mounting bolt for camshaft sprocket (arrow) in camshaft by hand until stop.

Turn inner part of 2085 seal puller two rotations (approx. 3 mm) out of outer part and secure using knurled-head bolt.

-

Lubricate threaded head of seal puller, position and thread into seal as far as possible under significant pressure.

-

Loosen knurled-head bolt and turn inner part against camshaft until seal has been pulled out.

Installing
