Clutch: Adjustments
Clutch Play Between -K1- and -K2-

Clutch Play between -K1- and -K2-, adjusting. 
- To adjust clutch play install components without shim (item 6)    See: Adjustments

Transmission housing

Transmission installed up to small input shaft    See: Service and Repair

Axial needle bearing with washer
^

Axial needle bearing faces toward small input shaft.

Washer Faces toward -K3-.

3rd and 4th gear clutch -K3- with turbine shaft.

O-ring

1st and 3rd gear clutch -K1-.

Shim
^

Do not install when adjusting clutch play.

^

Up to 3 shims can be installed.

Reverse gear clutch -K2-.

Conditions 
^

Planet carrier installed and adjusted.

Calculating "a":

Transmission housing must be mounted on assembly stand so input gear faces downward for measuring sequence, as illustrated.
