Sunroof / Moonroof Panel: Adjustments

Sliding/tilting roof with glass panel

Parallel alignment, adjusting

Sliding/tilting roof glass panel closed.

-

Disconnect battery ground strap.

-

Fully push back sliding headlining and trim frame.

-

Remove cover from cable drive.

-

Remove cable drive assembly.

Notes:

-

The drive pinion must no longer be in mesh with the cables.

-

Always use new screws (coated) when installing the cable drive. Tightening torque: 3 Nm (26 ft lb)

-

Slide rear guides from front to rear only to marks (notches) -arrows-.

-

Pin -3- must be within markings (notches) -arrows-.

-

Locating hooks -4- must be engaged in guide rails
