Engine Mount Rubber Bushing, Replacing

Engine mount rubber bushing, replacing

Install engine holding fixture 10-222A with supports 10-222A/1.

-

Connect engine sling in hook eye on cylinder head (left side) and tighten to lift engine slightly.

-

Remove engine mount.

-

Pry spacer -2- from rubber mount bushing.

-

Remove rubber mount bushing -1-.

Take notice of rubber mount bushing -1- installation position.

-

Install new rubber mount bushing.

-

Press engine mount spacer into rubber mount bushings.

-

Install engine mount -4- and tighten bolts -3-. 

Tightening torque: 80 Nm (59 ft lb)
