Remove oil pan, if necessary loosen by applying light strikes with a rubber hammer.
Installing
‹› Tightening specifications => [ Oil Pan, Oil Pump, Assembly Overview ] See: Oil Pan, Oil Pump, Assembly Overview
‹› Note the expiration date of the silicone sealant.
‹› The oil pan must be installed within 5 minutes after application of silicone sealant.

Remove sealant residue from upper part of the oil pan with a flat scraper.
CAUTION!
Wear safety glasses.

Remove sealant residue on the lower part of the oil pan, e.g. with a rotating plastic brush.

Clean sealing surfaces, must be free of oil and grease.

Cut tube nozzle at front marking (dia. of nozzle approximately 3 mm).
