Cleaning and removing excessive adhesive > < Preparing detached or new mirror base

Bonding mirror base
–  Apply 2K polyurethane adhesive -D 180 KD2 A1- directly to sanded and cleaned mirror base bonding surface.
–  Adhesive bead diameter: Approx. 2.5...3 mm.
–  Press mirror base into position on prepared windscreen immediately after applying adhesive to base.
–  Align mirror base in position on ceramic pre-coat surface and secure with adhesive tape.
