Removing poly V-belt:
–  Remove cover for poly V-belt.
–  Mark direction of rotation of poly V-belt if it is to be reused.
   
–  Using a spanner on the securing bolt, swivel tensioning roller in direction of arrow.
–  Remove poly V-belt.
Installing poly V-belt:
  Note
t  When installing used poly V-belts observe the direction of rotation marked on removal!
t  Before installing poly V-belt, ensure that all ancillaries (alternator, air conditioner compressor, vane pump) are secure.
t  When fitting belt, ensure that poly V-belt seats correctly in pulleys!

–  Using a spanner on the securing bolt, swivel tensioning roller in direction of arrow.
–  Place poly V-belt onto crankshaft/vibration damper pulley first. Fit belt onto tensioning roller last.
–  Start engine and check belt running.
