Coding immobilizer control unit -J362- (data bus), vehicle 10.99 ►
  Note
t  Vehicles from 01.99 ► two different versions are installed depending on the type engine. On one version the immobilizer control unit and engine control unit communicate with one another via the data bus, on the other versions this communication is via the W-wire.
t  The corresponding communication method should be determined beforehand using the display group 001 → Anchor via the “Read data block” function → Chapter.
t  Procedure for control unit communications via the W-wire → Chapter.
–  Initiating immobilizer self-diagnosis → Chapter.

–  Press “07 - Code control unit” on the display -arrow-.

The following codings are possible:
l  00001 - for all vehicles
–  On the number pad on the display -arrow-, press the keys 0, 0, 0, 0 and 1.
–  Confirm entry by pressing “Q” key on number block on display -arrow-.
