Install

–  Pull the operating lever -1- in the direction of the arrow.
–  Press, in direction of the arrow, the spring -2- fastened to the door lock, with a screwdriver, and couple the lock lever to the spring.
  Note
When the operating lever is coupled, the lock is locked. Thus, the further “incorrect” coupling of the operating cable is avoided.
–  Insert the electric harnesses in the door, through the bellows.
   
–  Insert the subframe in the door.
–  Place all screws. Tighten the screws marked with -1- and -2- on the sequence indicated, with tightening torque: 8 Nm.
–  The other screws can be tightened in any order.
–  Installation is performed in the reverse removal sequence.
–  Install the door window and assemble it to the drive mechanism → Chapter.
l  Check the operation, because if the operating cable adjustment and the clips are not correct, the door will not open.
