| Remove the residues of material on the glass flange with the 15 mm blade -VAG 1561/8-, without removing them completely. |
Note | The residual adhesive serves as an adherence base for the new adhesive material to be applied. Keep the gluing surface free from dirt and consistent putty. |
WARNING | The activator cannot contact the paint, since it causes damage to it. |

| Exception: if the gluing is not performed immediately after the cut, the existing residual material must be activated with the activator -D 181 801 A1-. |

| If the body flange is treated or partially replaced before painting, it is necessary to clean and reapply the primer on the respective area. |
