Rear door glass - install > < Rear door glass (undamaged) - remove

Rear door glass (damaged) - remove
   
Rear door glass (damaged) - remove
–  Protect the internal part of the body against glass chips.
–  Remove the glass pieces up to the gluing and sealing material.
–  Disconnect the glass demister connectors.
–  Glue the entire flange -2- with adhesive tape with screen reinforcement.
–  Cut the adhesive (with glass remains) in the glass gap with the electric adhesive cutter - glued glasses - VAG 1561A- and the blade -VAG 1561/10- (with buffer roll).
  WARNING
Wearing safety goggles and gloves is mandatory.
