Removal
  WARNING
Follow the safety measures while working with the airbag → Chapter.
–  Disconnect the battery's mass cable → Electrical equipment ; Rep. gr.27.
–  Turn the steering wheel until its horizontal spokes are in the vertical position.
   
–  Pull the steering column completely outwards and block it in the lower position.
–  Insert a screwdriver with approximately 5 mm width from the rear side, in the steering wheel hole, and press it according to the -arrow-.
–  Turn the steering wheel to (180° right) and unlock the second locking.
–  Carefully remove the Driver's airbag ignition device -N95-, pulling it a little a little away from the steering wheel.
  Caution
The electrostatic discharges can cause an involuntary firing of the airbag. That's why the assembler should perform the electrostatic discharging before connecting the ignition cable and the mass cable. This can be done, for instance, by touching the vehicle's door lock stop.
–  Carefully raise the connector block -3- using a screwdriver and disconnect it.

–  Disconnect the connector -1- from the steering wheel -4-.
–  Remove the ignition device for the driver's airbag -N95--2- from the steering wheel -4-
