Installation The installation occurs in the reversal sequence of removal, observing the following instructions:   Note To install and remove the cross support -2-, it is recommended the help of a second operator.

–  Install cross support -2-. –  Tighten fastening screws -1- to (20 Nm) torque.

–  Tighten the fastening screw -1-.   Note t  Observe the tightening sequence of fastening screws on the dashboard support: t  Screw on the fastening screw -3- with torque of (12 Nm). t  Screw on the fastening screw -2- with torque of (12 Nm).

–  Tighten only the fastening screws -arrows- (right side) on the dashboard support, according to the detail.

–  Insert the instrument panel harness in areas -1- and -2-.

–  Install the relay holder support -1-. –  Tighten fastening screws -2- behind the cross support to (4 Nm).

–  Install air duct -1-. –  Screw on the fastening screw -2- with torque of (1.5 Nm). –  Install the air vent channel to the windshield → Heating, air conditioning; Rep. gr.80. –  Install the steering wheel on the cross support → Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. gr.48. –  Install the instruments panel → Chapter. –  Turn on the ignition.   Caution Please take care and make sure that no-one stays inside the vehicle. –  Connect the battery's mass cable → Electrical equipment ; Rep. gr.27.
