Remove
–  First check whether a coded radio is fitted. If this is the case obtain the anti-theft coding.
–  With ignition switched off disconnect battery earth strap.
–  Remove the housing of the air filter → Rep. Gr.24.
   
–  Remove gearbox selector cable together with gearbox selector lever -2-. To do so, remove nut -1-.
–  Pull off circlip -3- from relay lever -4- and remove relay lever with gate selector cable.

–  Remove cable support bracket from gearbox (bolts -1-). If necessary, unclip hose at cable support bracket first.
–  Place a piece of cloth that won't let any lint loose below the slave cylinder.
–  Pull clip -2- for pipe/hose assembly out from slave cylinder until stop.
–  Pull pipe/hose assembly -3- out from slave cylinder and seal ends.
–  Remove pipe/hose assembly -3- out of bracket -4- on gearbox.
–  Remove slave cylinder bolts -5- and remove slave cylinder.
