Removal

–	Loosen indented belt and remove it from crank shaft and injection pump gear → Chapter, remove and install indented belt, adjust

Note

Belt pulley/pad and indented belt lower part may remain installed.

–	Loosen all fuel hoses from pump.

Note

t	To remove injection hoses, use open star wrench 3035.

t	Do not change bending

–	Cover openings with clean cloth.

–	Separate 10-pole connections for injection pump and disconnect support plug.

–	Remove fastening screws of indented belt gear -1-.

Note

Cube-2- nut may not get loose. Otherwise basic injection pump regulation is compromised and it cannot be regulated with workshop usual resources

–	Remove fastening screws -1- of compact support.

–	Then remove fastening screw of rear support -arrow-.

–	Remove injection pump.
