| With and without cooling fluid filling equipment -VAS 6096- |

| Close cooling fluid container. |

| Turn off heating start. |
| –
| Start engine and keep 2000/min rotation for approximately 3 minutes. |
| –
| Leave engine running until fan turns on. |
WARNING | Opening of cooling fluid container may let off hot steam, so place a cloth over the cover and open carefully. |

| Check cooling fluid level and, if necessary, add more fluid. With engine hot, cooling fluid must be on max. marking, with engine cool it must be between max. and min. markings. |
