Ventilation adjustment mechanism - remove and install
Ventilation adjustment mechanism - remove and install
Removal:
–  Remove the radio from the dash panel → Communication; Rep. gr.91.
   
–  Remove the tray -1-.

–  Remove the fastening screws -arrows- from the lower part of the ventilation adjustment mechanism.
  N80-0362
–  Carefully remove the ventilation adjustment mechanism frame -1- with the aid of the Spatula -VW 037-.
  R80-10126
–  Disengage command cables -1- from ventilation and heating adjustment mechanism -2- .
–  Disengage the connectors from the ventilation adjustment mechanism -2-.
–  Remove ventilation adjustment mechanism.
Installation:
  S80-0099
Installation is performed in reverse sequence to the removal, observing the following:
–  Tighten fastening screws -arrows- to (1.5 Nm).
