Electromagnet for blocking the selector lever -N110-: disassemble and assemble > < Operation of the ignition key anti-extraction blocking: check

Grease the supporting points and the contact surfaces with polyurea grease, Refill number G 052 142 A2.
   
1 - Selector lever knob
q   Turn the sleeve 90° -2- and pull the knob upwards
2 - Sleeve
q   In the vehicle, it is a single part with the knob
q   By turning it, the selector lever knob is immobilized
3 - Cover
4 - Selector lever position indicator
q   With selection scale
q   The indicator contacts end up facing the contact spring -25- of the selector lever
q   Couple the plate cable for lighting and the cable that leads to the connector in their respective compartments within the frames
q   Unplug and plug the connector → Chapter
5 - Frame
q   Carefully separate by the borders making a lever
q   Pay attention to the assembly position of the circuit boards and the cables -4-
q   When placing it, avoid damages to the contact spring -25- of the selector lever position indicator
6 - Support
q   Couple to the frame -5- along with the connector
7 - Screw, 7 Nm
q   To subject the ratchet spring -11- and the plate -10- to the frame
8 - Washer
9 - Blocking segment
q   Place over the centralizing elements of the selector lever case -15-
10 - Plate
11 - Ratchet spring with roller
q   Engage to the notch of the selector lever -12-
12 - Selector lever
q   With control rod, compression spring, notch, contact spring for the lever position indicator and blocking cable disengaging device
q   Disassemble and assemble → Chapter
13 - Roller
q   To disengage the blocking cable
14 - Adjusting washer
15 - Selector lever case
q   It is not necessary to disassemble it to change most of the parts, except when it comes to the selector lever or the electromagnet for blocking it.
16 - Supporting pin
q   With toothed
q   Grease the rod
q   Do not turn it when assembling the selector lever, just immobilize it
17 - Blocking connecting rod
q   For blocking cable
q   To block with the selector lever in the position "P"
18 - Washer
19 - Screw
20 - Gasket
q   Always replace
21 - Cover
q   For the selector lever case
22 - Screw
q   14 units
23 - O-ring
q   Always replace
24 - Screw, 8 Nm
q   2 units
25 - Contact spring
q   For the selector lever position indicator
26 - Screw, 4 Nm
q   To release and tighten it, place the selector lever in the position "P"
27 - Clip
28 - Steering lock
29 - Screw
q   2 units
q   To fasten the electromagnet to the selector lever case
30 - Electromagnet for blocking the selector lever -N110-
q   Disassemble and assemble → Chapter
31 - Cable clamp
q   Fasten the electromagnet cable to the transmission lever case
q   Always replace
32 - Spring
33 - Retaining pin
34 - Nut, 13 Nm
q   Always replace
35 - Washer
36 - Nut, 25 Nm
q   4 units
q   Always replace
37 - Blocking cable
q   For ignition key anti-extraction blocking
q   You must not fold
q   Disassemble and assemble → Chapter
q   Adjust → Chapter
q   Check the operation of the ignition key anti-extraction blocking → Chapter
38 - Adjusting washer
q   Always replace
q   To fasten the selector lever cable to the selector lever case
q   Assemble with the elbowed end facing the interior of the selector lever case
39 - Gasket
q   Always replace
40 - Selector lever cable
q   Do not fold nor twist
q   Change the selector lever cable if the protective sheath is damaged
q   Check and adjust → Chapter
q   Disassemble and assemble → Chapter
q   Lightly lubricate the pipes in the ends before assembling it
41 - Connecting rod
q   For selector axle
42 - Idler
q   To fasten the selector lever cable to the transmission
43 - Adjusting washer
q   Always replace
