Control unit for the on-board electrical systemJ519 - remove and install
Control unit for the on-board electrical system -J519- - remove and install
Removal:
–  Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment, and remove the key from ignition.
–  Disconnect the Battery -A- → Chapter.
   
–  Loosen the fastening screws -arrows- and move away the diagnostic connections -1- until there is enough free space to access the Control unit for the on-board electrical system -J519-.

–  Disconnect the connectors -arrows- for the Control unit for the on-board electrical system -J519-.
  Note
All connectors fit in one position only, so that it is not necessary to mark their positions.

–  Tighten the lock -2- slightly upward and remove the Control unit for the on-board electrical system -J519- downward.
Installation:
Installation is performed in reverse sequence to that of removal, observing the following:

After installing the Control unit for the on-board electrical system -J519- it is necessary to perform its coding → Chapter.
