| – | Preparing body component for bonding → Chapter. |
| – | Installation instructions → Chapter |
| – | Apply 1-component glass adhesive -DH 009 100 A2- to bonding area -6-, using cartridge gun -V.A.G 1628-. |
| l | Adhesive bead: length = approx. 740 mm, width = 6 mm, height = approx. 6 mm |
| – | Insert front wheel arch trim -1- into side member extension and press onto wing. |
| – | Pull protective backing -3- off front wheel arch trim -1- and press on in one direction. |
| – | Tighten bolt -2- to specified torque of 2 Nm. |
| – | Pull out pullers -4- and press front wheel arch trim -1- on. |
| – | Minimum curing period → Chapter |
