Removing and installing sun visors
Removing and installing sun visors
  Note
Removal and installation is described for right side of vehicle. Follow same instructions for left side as appropriate.
Removing
–  Switch off ignition.
   
–  Unclip cover cap -2- using a small screwdriver.
–  Carefully pull sun visor bearing -1- out of mounting.
  Caution
Hold sun visor. Allowing the sun visor to hang on the wiring harness is not permitted!

   
–  Remove adhesive tape (used to minimise noise) and carefully disconnect connector -1- from sun visor -2- without pulling on flat cable.
Installing
  Note
Before installing, check fasteners for damage and renew if necessary.
–  Install in reverse order of removal.
–  Mask off connector to sun visor with adhesive tape to minimise noise.
