Installing
Installing
l  Install clutch pedal with a new bearing shaft.
Grease extension spring supports.
Allocate grease using → Electronic parts catalogue (ETKA).
   
–  Make sure that support -2- is located on operating rod -1- of master cylinder.
  A30-0133
–  Place pins -A- horizontally.
–  Turn bearing shaft to right -direction of arrow-.
-1- = Allen key, 8 mm AF.
l  Locking devices -B- must audibly engage.
Pins -A- are then vertical.
–  Engage clutch pedal with support on operating rod of master cylinder.

–  Hook in extension spring.
–  Insert vibration damper with recess -arrows- from 2nd spring winding onwards -arrows-.
–  Install clutch pedal switch -F36- → Chapter.

–  Install crash bar. Tighten bolt -arrow- to specified torque → Item.
–  Install footwell vent → Heating, air conditioning; Rep. gr.80.
–  Install driver side trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
