| Fitting of the upper bead is completed before reaching the tyre valve -arrow-. |
The tyre bead will now slide over the wheel rim flange. |

| Remove depressor from wheel rim. |

| Inflate tyre to an inflation pressure of max. 3.3 bar (bead seating pressure) |
Caution Never increase the inflation pressure when the tyre bead does not lie completely against the wheel rim flange. |
This would lead to prior damage to the tyre and/or the wheel rim. |

| Release air if the tyre beads do not lie completely against the edge of the wheel rim. Press tyre bead off again and liberally coat wheel rim flange with tyre assembly paste. |

| Inflate tyre to an inflation pressure of max. 3.3 bar (bead seating pressure) |

| If the tyre beads seat perfectly against the shoulder of the wheel rim, increase inflation pressure to 4 bar to “seat” the tyre. |

| Fit a new nickel-plated valve core and inflate tyre to prescribed inflation pressure. |
–
| Install wheel and tighten bolts to tightening torque → Chapter. |
