Converting headlights designed for driving on the right to driving on the left
Converting headlights designed for driving on the right to driving on the left
  Note
t  The headlight conversion set comprises 2 pieces of film.
t  Please note the different part numbers for the headlight conversion sets from right to left-hand traffic and from left to right-hand traffic.
t  Clean headlight lens before converting.
t  Pull off masking film from headlight lens and remove residual adhesive from headlight.
Carry out following procedures:
–  Turn light switch to „0“ position.
–  Clean headlight lens.
Left headlight:
   
–  Remove protective film on back of application film -C- in area -D- only.
–  Align the edges -B- of application film -C- with trim lines -A- on the headlight lens.
–  Press area -D- firmly onto the headlight lens.
–  Carefully pull application film -C- off the headlight lens.
–  The masking film -D- remains on the headlight lens.
Right headlight:
  N94-11943
–  Remove protective film on back of application film -C- in area -D- only.
–  Align the edges -B- of application film -C- with trim lines -A- on the headlight lens.
–  Press area -D- firmly onto the headlight lens.
–  Carefully pull application film -C- off the headlight lens.
–  The masking film -D- remains on the headlight lens.
  Note
t  Remove any remaining adhesive using alcohol-based or alcohol and water-based cleaning fluid. For example a cloth soaked with isopropyl alcohol.
t  Customers should be informed of how to remove residual adhesive after detaching the masking section.
