  Note
t  The illustrations show how to change the bulb of the left headlight.
t  The bulb of the right headlight is replaced in the same way.
Removing:
–  Switch off ignition and all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.
–  Remove headlight → Chapter.
   
–  Turn bulb holder -1- in direction of -arrow- and pull front turn signal bulb backwards out of headlight.

–  Press front turn signal bulb-2- in direction of -arrow A- into grip together with bulb holder -1-.
–  Simultaneously turn front turn signal bulb-2- in direction of -arrow B- and then pull it out in direction of -arrow C-.
Installing:
  Caution
When installing cover cap, ensure cap is seated correctly. The ingress of water will lead to permanent damage to the headlight.
  Note
Do not touch bulb glass when fitting bulbs. Fingers leave traces of grease on the glass, which evaporate when the bulb is switched on and cause the glass to cloud over.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing observe the following:
–  Check function of headlight.
–  Checking headlight settings and adjusting headlight if necessary „Maintenance manual“ → Booklet
