Disconnect the electrical harness connectors present.

Drain coolant and disconnect coolant lines.

-

Disconnect condenser lines.

-

With a second technician, remove guide rod T 10093 on longitudinal member on left and right sides and lift out lock carrier.

CAUTION:  If lines for A/C system and/or for coolant are disconnected, the powertrain aggregate must no longer be started.

NOTE:

-

Do not hang condenser and hydraulic oil cooler on hoses.

-

Lines for condenser and hydraulics must not be kinked.

Installing

To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.

-

Make sure that all plug- and hose connections are corrected installed when reassembling.

-

Center the lock carrier on the longitudinal members and between the fenders 00 Body Panel Gaps.
