Remove the bolts - 1 - (1.4 Nm).

Turn the Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure Door Motor V425 - 2 - approximately 15 degrees in - direction of arrow - and then pull it off
the air intake housing.

-

Disconnect the connector - 1 - from the Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure Door Motor V425.

NOTE:  Position of air flow door must not be changed.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order; when doing this note the following:

The Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure Door Motor V425 fits in only one position on the curved washer.

NOTE:

-

After installing, check the function of the back pressure and recirculation door.

Initiate "Basic Setting" function with Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 (or succeeding model)
