Replace O-rings -1- and -2-.

Note different diameter:

Inner diameter O-ring -1- = 11 mm

Inner diameter O-ring -2- = 12 mm

Replace O-ring -arrow A- at pressure sensor.

Note: The marking -arrow B- on the convex side of the plate spring -2- faces up and toward the pressure sensor -1- in installation location.

Place plate spring -2- with convex side on pressure sensor -1-.

Place the new cover -5- on the control module -6-.

Insert pressure sensor -4- with plate spring in new cover -5- and press onto connector. Convex side of plate spring faces toward pressure sensor.

Lightly coat new pressure sensor -4- O-ring with high performance Haldex clutch oil.

Insert valve -1- in new cover -5- and control module -6- and press onto connector.

Lightly coat new O-rings -2- and -3- with high performance Haldex clutch oil.
