Replace O-rings -C- of oil cooler -B-.

Set oil cooler -B- in place, observing the O-rings -C-.

-

Screw in new bolts -A- and tighten to 20 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn).

Install coolant hoses on oil cooler and remove Hose clamps 3094.

-

Insert the new filter with the seat facing down and tighten the housing to 20 Nm.

-

Install battery and battery holder.

-

Check coolant level and top off coolant if necessary.

-

Fill oil after the repair without changing the filter.

CAUTION! Do not start the engine while checking the coolant level because no DSG oil has been added.
